Branded apps
One per customer. Both identifiers are needed and they do different jobs: the App Store ID is what SimpleMDM installs by, the bundle ID is what the restrictions profile whitelists so the app is visible on a locked-down phone. An entry with the wrong bundle ID produces a device that installs the app and then hides it.
